After more than 20 years in technology and software leadership, our Founder saw the same pattern repeat itself: brilliant products, committed teams, but revenue built on heroics, luck and short-term tactics.

The Wondering was created to bring that discipline to startups that are serious about growth. We partner with high-performing individuals and teams who want a scientifically efficient revenue generation strategy — and the people, processes and systems to support it.

We called our company The Wondering because great revenue generation starts with being deeply inquisitive. We always begin with why: Wondering why do customers behave the way they do? Why do they buy, stay, leave, or ignore you? Asking better questions is the foundation of better strategy.

It’s also a deliberate play on “wandering” — because the search for predictable and scalable revenue is not a straight line. There are turn-offs you may want to explore, forks in the road where you must choose where to go, and moments where you learn by testing and adjusting course. That journey demands inquisitiveness, thoughtfulness, scientific execution, low ego, humility, the ability to learn fast, and real resilience.
